A laundry is a plumbing and mechanical problem in a small box. It needs a hot and cold supply, a standpipe drain at the right height, a dryer vent run short enough to work with the fittings in it, and enough clear floor in front of the machines to open both doors. Stacked machines fit in a three-by-five foot closet; side-by-side machines with a folding counter need a room. The templates here cover a laundry closet, a full laundry room, an upstairs laundry closet and a mudroom laundry, each with the standpipe, supply and vent routing drawn.
Stacking only works with front-load machines. The closet templates are drawn on that assumption and say so on the sheet.

DWG (R2000, converted from the DXF and round-trip verified). PNG is the plan-view render.
A room with a side-by-side washer and dryer, 36 in of floor in front of them, and usually a counter to fold on. About 7 by 9 ft.
The sheet carries the fixture clearances as drawn geometry on their own layer, with the dimension strings and room notes outside the walls.

"Verified" means the citation was checked against the source text we hold. "Unverified" means it has not been, and should be read as a pointer to look the section up rather than as a quotation of it.
20 of 76 checks graded, zero defects. This template is published because it graded clean.
A single room on its own sheet is not a whole building, so the checks that grade a floor plate — exit counts, circulation share, fixture counts against an occupant load — have no subject here. They are listed rather than counted as passes.
