Most people saying "blueprint" mean a clear, scaled drawing of a floor plan. That is what this makes. The word originally meant a blue-and-white print of a full construction document set, and that is NOT what comes out -- see the next box.

Real geometry. The output is CAD data -- lines, polylines, blocks and text on named layers -- not a flat image. You can move a wall, resize a room, re-dimension it and export it, and it opens in AutoCAD, LibreCAD, BricsCAD or DraftSight. An AI image generator gives you a picture of a blueprint that you cannot edit or measure; this is the opposite of that.
No, and we would rather say so up front. A permit set needs structural design, code compliance and a licensed professional's seal, none of which this does. What it is genuinely good for is the step before that: getting the layout right, seeing the room sizes, and handing a real drawing to the architect or engineer who will do the stamped set. That is a cheaper conversation than starting from a napkin.
No. The whole point is that you type a sentence. If you have never opened CAD software, you describe the building, look at what comes back, and ask for changes in plain words -- "make the kitchen bigger", "move the garage to the other side". The drawing tools are there if you want them, but you do not have to touch them.
PDF if you want to print or email it, DXF or DWG if someone has asked for the CAD file. DWG and DXF are the formats every architect and drafter already works in, so yes -- they open it, edit it and keep going. AutoCAD shows a notice that the file was not created by an Autodesk application, which is normal for every non-Autodesk CAD tool.
